Quality and format notes
Add JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF or TIFF images, then choose quality appropriate for their use. Photos, screenshots and icons compress differently. Inspect fine detail before replacing an original with a smaller result.
Re-encoding does not always save space. Z8.Work shows both reductions and increases; it does not claim every conversion is smaller. Storage carbon figures are conditional estimates, not measured net emissions avoided.
